 Located in section 22, Homer Road, Merrill, Mt. Haley Township.

In November 1884, 5 acres were purchased from Thomas & Marie Fitzmaurice for $60.

Trustees were Michael Doyle, Wm. Flemming, & Wm. Phelan. About 2 ½ acres were

added later from Ray Singland. Not until 1900 were lots sold and recorded in a

deed book. Sexton records, as such, began in 1958; lot owners were contacted to

verify burials. There were burials before 1900.
