Full ReportAccident 4 occurred November 13. John LOCKSO and William ANDERSON (Miners) while charging a hole in the stope at the 13th level north of No. 2 shaft Tamarack Mine. They used an iron scraper to ram dynamite in to the hole which caused an explosion. ANDERSON lost his left eye and his body was badly cut and bruised. LOCKSO'S skull was fractured. They were conveyed to the Mine Hospital where LOCKSO died on the 30th day of November.
