Eusebus King

Eusebus King died in West Bay City, December 31, 1890.
Mr. King was born in Detroit, in 1800.  For many years his occupation was carpenter and joiner; the date of his marriage is lost, at any rate he had been married over 70 years.  He came to Bay City at an early date where he followed his occupation until too old to work when he was elected justice of the peace, which he held many years.  His wife died many years ago, he left three boys and one girl; his oldest son, Capt. Geo. King, now over 60 years old, still lives in West Bay City; two sons in Bay City, and a daughter in Los Angeles, California.
Mr. King was a just and upright man and his decisions while he was justice was always just.  He was a gentleman of the old school, and was much respected by all who knew him.
